My name is James and I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer, fitness instructor and a Level 3 Registered Exercise Professional with qualifications in Pilates, boxercise and metafit. 

I've always had a great passion and love for the health and fitness industry and I believe that good nutrition and dedicated training is not only the foundation for wellness but also creates countless opportunities to achieve a much healthier lifestyle.
