Spectrum Community Transport

Transporting our members

Spectrum Community Transport began in 2008. We currently have 2 x 17 seater mini buses, which can be hired by community transport members. Our members include sports clubs, luncheon clubs, shopping trips, schools, community groups and organisations, as well as individuals.

Our buses can be hired by our members for outings or you can join out trip club. We organise trips throughout the year for our trip club members, from Barnard Castle to Berwick and Sunderland to Sheffield. Trips are priced from £5, plus the annual £1 membership.

Trips are booked with a £4 non-refundable deposit. We also recently started a monthly luncheon club, where we visit local pubs and cafes to enjoy a tasty lunch. It’s a great way to get out and about and meet up with new or even old friends!

Please contact us if you would like to join the trip club or would like a quote for bus hire.
