Class Timetable

All classes are £2.50 per class for non-gym members or gym members.  You can take out a membership for unlimited classes for £24.99 per month or you can have unlimited classes and gym for only £29.99 per month. (Direct debit T&Cs apply).

Booking is ess​ential for all classes.  Class members can book from a Monday for classes taking place the following week.  Casual members can book from a Tuesday for classes taking place the following week.

Casual members must pay for classes at the time of booking.  Payment for classes is not refundable or transferable to another class/day if you decide to cancel.
